What is the shipping policy?


Once your order is placed, please allow 2 business days for processing of your order. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to upload in the system.




How long does shipping take?


Domestic shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days, sometimes sooner.




What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my product?


If you are dissatisfied with your products, please send an email to therebelfresh@gmail.com with your order number and what product you are dissatisfied with.




What is the refund policy?


We provide a refund for a product that you are dissatisfied within 60 days of purchase.




Where is the company located?


We are located in Brooklyn, NYC.




Where can I buy your products?


We only sell products at therebelfresh.com. We do not have a storefront location where products are sold.




Can I add products on to my order once it is completed?


Unfortunately, we are not able to add products to the order once it is completed.




Which company are the packages shipped through?


We ship the packages through USPS, United States Postal Services. We ship domestically only at this time.




Are Rebel Fresh Products suitable for babies?


We recommend our body and hair products only for children ages 1 and up.




What is the shelf life on your products?


All of Rebel Fresh products are 100% natural. We do not use unnatural preservatives in our products so typically the shelf life of our products are between 12-24 months. If products are kept in the refrigerator, they will stay fresher longer. In the rare case that your purchase is not at its freshest, please email us so we can take care of it with a replacement by filling out our form on the contact page.
